I seen old Saddam era torture videos where they throw people off high buildings while hands are cuffed behind their back. So I guess its been happening for a while in Arab countries.

The only thing I want to know tho is how does who ever uploaded the video know the reason they are being thrown off the building. I mean we know there are a million different reasons they kill people. How do we know what exactly they have been accused of or done?
