How small is the Palestine army? They can't really fight back... do they have a actual army or military or is it mostly just outside militant groups?

gaza population is just 2 million in a 365km stretch landlocked by the ocean and then a fence on the other side , impossible to get in and impossible to get out.
Military wing of hamas is Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades and there is only like 30-50k. They can't really fight back because the IDF/mossad are way to advanced. Iron Drone can shoot down like 90% of rockets, have top of the line tanks/guns/training it would be a massacre.
The only way to stop Israel would then be killing civilians and soldiers as if you look at the 2006 lebanon war
lebanon was outgunned, outmanned, but with only several hundred fighters they were shooting down helicopters and killed over 100 soldiers and that puts pressure on the government, because the IDF anyone can be called up its not like over here
