I'm not going to lie; this video made me mad as fukk for a minute. I did experience some anti-Black sentiment from certain individuals while in those spaces, but I want to emphasize that they were in the minority. Most people didn't share those views, and there was great pushback against the ones who expressed them. I think it's important to recognize that while that negative sentiment was real, it doesn't represent the broader movement, which largely stands against such sentiments. I think it's dishonest to highlight a few voices and use them to paint the entire movement.
