The state can't compel your speech.

It doesn't take arrests to violate the 1st amendment. Government writing legislation that makes people agree not to boycott a foreign nation as a condition of employment is anti free speech.

You say you don't like Israel's influence on the US, then defend anti BDS law? :jbhmm:

Even groups like the ADL don't like anti BDS laws because they give credence to antisemitic canards like, "Jews control the world".
