From what the Al Jazeera reporters are saying, the Palestinians aren’t for any negotiations at this point because they’ve seen now that violence is what they listen to. In the majority of liberation struggles this is how it is.
Hamas did their job, however crude, now it needs to be resistance across the board. Non violent mostly to continue to bring public opinion on their side but the deterrent of violence has to be in the back pocket as well.
But I think the biggest revelation is that Israel’s attempts at destroying the Palestinian National identity has failed.
