Instead of searching for memes online to support your erroneous perception you should instead actually READ on what exactly is an apartheid.
To debate on whether Israel is an apartheid state or not you should start by limiting the conversation to what Apartheid actually is, once that is settled you can expand.
Under international law for the crime of Apartheid to apply there has to be 3 criteria to be met:

1. An intent by one group to dominate the other.
2. Systematic oppression by one racial group over another
3. One or more inhumane acts

If these 3 criteria are met then the state is an Apartheid, by definition.

So instead of posting memes you find online how about you understand what an Apartheid is first and argue from that perspective without the use of memes but your actual brain.
For israel the Human Rights Watch stated that it is an Apartheid state.
The red cross has said that Israel often targets doctors during confrontations, just as this one.
Israel also practices ethnic cleansing.
Israel also used White Phosphorus on palestinians, a chemical weapon that is banned by the geneva convention and has used other weapons banned as well so they are also guilty of crimes against humanity.
Note that ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity is IN ADDITION TO APARTHEID!
