There are lots of educated black people who can start businesses but the problem is they don't want to. Much easier to simply work for someone else,claim a salary and a peace of mind.
These immigrants come here with nothing and within a few years they've saved enough money to start their own business. If we want it bad enough we can do it. Problem is we don't.

Why do you think that is? They probably have obligations that require the stability of working a stable job. Those immigrants you're talking about have support. If you're a chinese dude you will get the support from your community. Indian, same thing. We don't support each other. So, if we're not getting support form our own poeple, we sure as hell won't get support from other races....so good luck surviving.

Don't compare black folk to other races. Our situation is unique.

Lack of critical thinking.

Not recognizing that NO ONE is coming to the rescue (when we realize this then many will start to work to save themselves)

Not recognizing that no one is obligated or beholden to do anything for you outside of your parents.

Too much religion and magical thought.

Too much faith in "the system".

Too much concern with what other people think.

Too much softness and coddling the destructive people in our ranks.

Not recognizing that we arent not some kind of singularity and failure to embrace diversity of thought and diversity of blacks in general.
