Im far from perfect..:mjlol:

I talk to my kids about all my mistakes i made from childhood on up..

I even tell them my devious acts as a kid as well.

But i make it very clear to them, that just because i did something and got away with it, doesn't mean they can.. Unfortunately, the world doesn't operate like that..

The difference between me and a person in prison is i just didn't get caught..
Great - then you just answered your own question. Kobe wasn't sent to prison - in fact he legally defended himself and was never brought to trial, i.e. never found guilty of rape. Difference is that you're sitting here trying to slander a dead man. So the fact that you still use this against him, is concerning. Let's hope that you and your children, 100% stay on the right path and take your advice 100% of the time because no one can predict the future. The same judgement that you put on others, comes back to you in other ways. Fortunately, you're not in charge of the world or in a position to decide.

I stand with Gayle too, not saying Kobe is a rapist but like Karine says it is apart of his history and Gayle as a journalist and is supposed to ask those questions.

RIP Kobe, Gianna and the others that died on that crash
A) Negged
B) Gayle is not a journalist she has a degree in psychology. Try again

Ummm I hate this whole Black women are the backbone yet black women need everybody's help for protection it just oozes weakness these are mentally weak people who can't take responsibility for their actions and no matter how much crying they do to white daddy nobody's going to give a fukk!

none of the white people she was speaking to in person at that moment nor any of the white people watching MSNBC at that moment gives a damn about how scared she is or about how threatened she feels about anything They don't care and all she can do is bytch on national television and make black women look weak and pathetic.

She basically saying no black woman can be criticized ever and doesn't give any reason for it just stupid shyt.

We're going to keep the same energy when Oprah dies we're going to ask whoever her kin is whoever her friends are the most uncomfortable messed up questions we can think of before she's buried so she can get that same energy back.

Watch them try and find a way to bring the accuser back into the spotlight now that Kobe is gone. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are already trying to get her to talk.
Breh, they know not to do that. This case had so much evidence to the contrary that the prosecutor was like:francis:. The accuser's friends were going to testify that she was bragging about it.

I didn't judge Kobe..

I said he could've prevented that..

And just because i bring up accountability, doesn't mean im justifying the woman, because she shouldn't have been fcking around with a married man..

Kobe got bread and was coming off of being a 3 time champion, and he fcking around with some dusty trailer trash bytch. In Colorado of all places..

With that rape allegations aside, you know that wasn't a good move on Kobe's part to begin with.
In the context of what you wrote, "allegations" means a claim or assertion that a person participated in illegal activity or engaged in criminal conduct, without proof. Neither of which apply to Kobe. There are no allegations. The case was dismissed due to lack of evidence, facts and lack of testimony from the other party identified.

All they do is complain like babies.

No fight in them.

Cacs ready for battle these black bootlicks are ready to write a fukking article crying looking for white sympathy.

Thanks for posting up my post of my comment that I just said a few minutes ago as if I have short term memory loss of not knowing what I just wrote in this thread. And yeah.. I'm still waiting for your direct answer to my questions, considering you just used my quote as reference. And using "big words" along with passive aggressiveness, doesn't deflect from your non-response.
:beli:

I'd love to answer your questions, the problem is you're not really asking honest questions but rather fallacious questions.

You attempted to raise doubt in the idea that Tarana Burke cares about Black women and girls because she hasn't, to my knowledge, commented on a specific thing that impacts Black women and children. This is lazy but your next question is somehow even lazier.

You asked where she was when parents drove their adopted children over a cliff to their deaths. I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that question but to suggest that an absence of commentary on every singular event that impacts Black women and children means a person doesn't care about Black women and children is intellectually dishonest.

Didn’t stop Oprah from bringing Michael Jackson’s accusers back into the spotlight with the documentary even when after stories didn’t add up.

a simple "No, I don't have an answer to your questions" would have worked equally as well, had the same affect and would have saved you a lot of keyboard taps/paragraph prompts.

The case was dismissed by a judge because the woman refused to testify (was receiving death threats, hate mail, sexual history was being brought up), he paid around $2.5 million to settle with her in a civil law suit and he sued no one after the allegations resurfaced after his oscar win
