Might do (infinitely) more harm than good because it'll give her the gender war/"toxic masculinity" angle. I gotta find a better way to approach it.

Lol yesterday I wasn't giving no fukks, but bringing up the fact that she got a lot of the black manosphere shut down and me being a man seems like an even quicker way to feul their spin narrative. I'll retweet if you post em here though
that makes it crazier...why bring it up now if kobe and the woman couldnt talk about it?...neither one of them being able to talk about the case means that story was dead...why would gayle ask lisa to talk about it if kobe himself couldnt talk about it when he was alive?...the people that want to talk about this case now are trying to push a narrative about kobe being guilty otherwise they wouldve kept not talking about it...

Journalists aren't bound by the NDA, only the two parties that agreed to it.
If journalists were bringing it up while he was still alive they may be inadvertently putting the woman in a situation where she could violate it by being asked about it by a journalist trying to make a name for themselves. That would open her up to being sued. Now that Kobe passed, it would be up to Kobe's estate (Vanessa) to sue the woman if she is in a situation where she violates the NDA, and I think it is safe to assume that Vanessa wouldn't want to go through that/put the daughters through that.
So now the media can operate from a safer legal position.
You kids should of nipped that toxic masculinity narrative in the bud from the get go.
