When Lisa Leslie said that she never saw that side of kobe and disagreed with the narrative

Gayle: “You WOULDN'T see that side as his friend!!”

^^^^ that’s not journalism. That’s trying to control a narrative, she’s supposed to let Leslie answer, then let the audience decide.
She probably would’ve made it out of this if she didn’t say that.. You’re right. I also wonder what would’ve happened if that clip wasn’t released before the interview.

I finally watched the Lisa Leslie interview. Gayle mis-stepped with the "you wouldn't know" comment about Kobe being a possible rapist. At that comment, she crossed her journalistic line of neutrality, and looked as if she was taking a side on whether Kobe was a rapist or not...

That was a clear mistake...

Snoop's reaction though is a mirror of typical Coli posters, and was outta bounds. She can be called to task for making a professional mistake, she crossed a line, and there's also a line that can be crossed in response to her crossing a line, and Snoop crossed it. Frankly, if you watch the entire interview, it wasn't hinged on Kobe's case and besides that one comment, was a good interview...

I'm not sure why an interview with Lisa was needed, which does perk the conspiracy wire and make you think it was a plea to rope women in for some reason. Maybe unnecessary but for all we know Lisa needed or desired to publicly speak on her friend, I don't know...

Snoop is a square and is too gotdamn old for alota the shyt he says and does, his response coulda left out the name calling. Plenty of people loved and admired Kobe, and you're not honoring or defending him by attacking Gale. The thing alota people seem to be missing is if Kobe was asked was the Colorado case part of his legacy, he woulda said yes, as a highly intelligent human who lived a public life for over 25 of his 41 years. Kobe woulda known that whether he passed at 41 or 71, it would have been spoken of, and Kobe has long already admitted fault for placing himself in a situation that could have been avoided...

Kobe would not have been surprised by this, understood this, and the maturity we've watched him grow publicly over time, Kobe would not have wanted people to respond like this. People acting like Gayle is saying fukk him and everything he stood for are creating tension for no reason...

She made a mistake in the integrity of her profession. It's okay. Kobe made mistakes in his profession and we moved past it. It's really alarming how some people lack self-awareness and live to create misery....

Miss me with the "Snoop crossed the line" nonsense. You had a presidential candidate, Kamala Harris (posing as black), say she listens and loves Cardi B. If calling women bytches offended women so much, they'd denounce it from everyone, including other women.....but they don't. So just cause Snoop says it, it doesn't make it more egregious. Beyoncé proclaims, "you know you're that bytch when you cause all this conversation" in her Formation song.....and these birds sang along. We just went thru a "hot girl summer" based off of some of the most degrading lyrics about women FROM women....not a peep. So when this old hag actually did some bytch shyt and got called out on it, it doesn't mean Snoop crossed the line.

And please tell me what mistake Kobe made in his profession? Adultery and affairs are now "mistakes in his profession"? Last time I checked, that's a personal issue between him and his wife. Sounds like you're still operating from the "Kobe is a rapist" narrative. You're an OP :pacspit:

Dude will you STFU, a clear mistake?? Save all that babble..

People like yourself and others are looking at this way too deeply. It's simple, Gayle thought she would pile on and thought she would get praise like she did for R.Kelly and it backfired. You can't follow up with a question like "but yeah Lisa you would say that because that's your friend" and then say now you were attacked and then throw shots at CBS.

Twitter is the devils playground, so glad I didn't really get into it. Yeah maybe Snoop shouldn't have called her out of her name given his profile but what she did was deplorable and what her and oprah have been doing over the last few years has been as well.

And the last part of your stupid ass argument, saying "IF kobe was asked" Well he WASN'T, not by the NBA media and it didn't come up when he won a oscar. So now it's a part of his "legacy". And then you said "kobe would not be surprised by this"??? In what world?:mjtf:

Dude your points were stupid and out of context that I should just probably digress. What an idiot, Everyone who really supported/supports Kobe should neg your ass for that post...
