Description:
CONNEX Telecommunications is currently looking for a senior Technician specializing
in the AVAYA CS1000, CallPilot and AACC communication systems to serve its customers in
Prince George, Calgary and Edmonton.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director Installation and Service. Main functions are:
Managing the installation and the maintenance of Avaya CS1000 equipment and
applications
Provide support level II, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to the
customer by ensuring the optimal use of their AACC, CS1000 and CallPilot communication
systems.
Responsible for maintaining the necessary tools for monitoring and remote management
of client systems.
Work with team support level III.
Represent a positive image and reputation of the company to the customer.
Requirements:
Technical and conceptual knowledge of Avaya Contact Center solutions - AACC,
Communication Server 1000 - Server CS1000 and CallPilot Messaging
Familiarity with AVAYA Aura Communication Manager platforms, Session Manager and
CS1000 integration
Extensive experience (5-10 years) in the implementation, operation, configuration and
troubleshooting of complex call center infrastructure.
Extensive experience (5-10 years) in the commissioning and updating applications and
AVAYA CS1000, CallPilot and AACC systems.
The candidate must possess ACIS and ACSS CS1000 qualifications
The candidate must have knowledge such as CCNA or any other network certification.
