Yeah Serge has to step up, he will definitely benefit a ton from Russ being back

It does create 1 problem though & that's the rotation & how Brooks handles that. It's deeper than it's ever been which is great until you remember Brooks is the one trying to figure it out. The 3 pointers will drop eventually, but we still need another shooter. I don't know why Gomes can't get some minutes to come in & see if he can hit some, he looked great in that 1 half of that 1 preseason game he played in. Serge will eventually get going now too since Russy is back to get him better looks.

I think we are still slowly getting better, i will agree we are getting better at a slower rate now, but fukk Harden; the mentality has got to be "fukk seeding, let's just get to the playoffs healthy", and I like us coming out the west.....
That means I think we got a shot to win it all
overall, we've been coming up these past few years. the beginning of this season looks crazy imo but it's very early. i have no doubts about the playoffs. i just don't know if we can actually be a contender, despite the fact that i want us to be the champs. i really think we can and will do it this year, but i won't bet on it.

It's going to be wierd for a little bit so I wouldn't bet on anything for a couple months anyway. Too many young guys being depended on to fill their roles right now & Brooks is playing 10-11 now & I doubt that holds up. Once everyone gets comfortable with their roles/minutes I think we'll be good.
As long as everyone is healthy I think we are still capable of coming out of the West though. Depnding on matchups from the East we could win.
