Why even waste time, you already know he trolling![]()
..I'm new to thisAccording to your rep you're not![]()
this is what sucks about the internet. on one hand dude could be telling the truth but noone will believe him (mostly because noone here pulls in that type of money
on the other hand dude could be lying like everyone else lies on the internet
honesty is basically worthless on forums like these, thats why debates are the most popular. we sit on the computer talking to strangers about complete bullshyt. life is crazy
You do need it. Don't be silly. You need to be putting dough aside to give you kids some kind of inheritence bruh.after I just got my latest network certification
I'm debating on accepting a pay raise I would have to work a lil harder for 50 more racks a year
But at this stage in my life I feel like I'm ready to retire, I don't NEED an extra 50 racks for 20 more minutes of work each day
decisions like this give me a headache![]()

why is thatI only have 6 breh. It's literally impossible to have 7 certs![]()
Muhfukka why you trying to coach everyone all of the sudden?Suck it up and get paid.
Sleep when you're dead.
Only ten percent of american men make over 100k
On the coli its at 75%
when i get my experience upEhh, I got my CISSP and CCNP Security years ago and that alone won't have you touching 200k. You'd also need a lot of specialized experience and have to find the right company looking for the right person at the right time. I got lucky and pulled off 100/hr combined (working remote) but it's not easy.
Very few engineers/architects can pull down that kinda bread. I've only had maybe 3 or 4 jobs come through my inbox that offered that much. Last one was in 2014, but that was for a small TACACS project that would have lasted only 1 month. Before that it was for the state of SC after they had a pretty big data breach and they were trying to get their security program in order.

Went through two rounds of interviews for that one and still didn't get it. At the time dude said I was the best candidate (I got a lot of AD Security experience) but the hiring manager told me because of how big the breach was he was gonna move very slow and wasn't hiring anyone until they found the absolutely perfect candidate.

I've heard of dudes bringing in 500k/yr though as legit consultants. Never spoke to anyone making that kinda bread personally, but I'd imagine if you run in the right circles it's definitely possible.
