VA loan...you can only qualify if you have 2 years of work under your belt
Posts 911 bill if you sign up for it
If you use the post 911 they will pay you to get a crib if your full-time student
File for unemployment and you will get $300-$450 (depending on your state) for 11 weeks

If you constantly poking your head out to see if another person is shooting out the trenches...you gonna get shot...stay in your hole and do what you gotta do...or wanna do...and keep it moving...

fukk looking at the lives of other people for...somebody can drop out of school and become successful...while somebody can stay in school and lose his shot...

Somebody can get with a single mother...and become successful due to the stabilization and responsibility that is required to maintain the relationship...somebody can get with a single mother and get trapped...

I stopped comparing myself to others and just do my own thing...

Own your own house
Travelled around the world
Finished your education
Smashed countless women
Settled on your career and quickly advancing
Settled down with the woman you'll be spending the rest of your life with.

If you haven't done any of these then a life of shytflessness and poverty will be your lot.

Start reading some savings and investing books. I have copies of Brass Knuckle finance I can email you if you want to take a look at them. I believe I also have Dave Ramsey's book Total Money makeover, but I'll hav It's better to have a plan BEFORE you get a job instead of figuring it out after the fact. Like King Poetic said, it's never too late.
