I don't like hearing about people either I don't wish for them to fail, but I don't understand the point of being happy for them.

I can only put up with hearing about it when I'm doing well myself. This seems to only apply to people who get legit frustrated with life since some people act like they don't give a fukk about having success.

I am happy when I see another nikka similar to myself doing well. Because that means there is no reason I shouldn't be able to break through either. When that Black Engineer left Twitter it was a little disappointing. I wish he would have stuck it out more at his level, I don't think he even lasted a year if I recall correctly.

Yes I know we need to build our own shyt. But honestly I just don't see enough of that happening. We need to infiltrate CAC corporations just like they infiltrate our neighborhoods for economic profit.

I have the potential opportunity coming up to have a key role of influence in a predominantly CAC company (no hispanics neither) and show what a brother is made of. Yeah I'm sure I'm a "diversity" hire but I have the creds on paper. Why not prove to the world a non-gay Black Man can do some big things.

I can sit here and complain about how nikkas are failing in life or I can realize I am blessed to be in a position even most CACs cannot achieve and keep moving forward. When you have an in-demand skill set along with a global mind people begin to see beyond color and respect is given. Young brothers need to stop letting the bullshyt cloud their judgement focus on the $$$ and what skills make it. Save the cynicism for after you've made your first million

Understand ecosystems and shyt that nobody else can comprehend. After you demonstrate you know how to generate revenue and better - profit for a company you'll be surprised how many CACs will offer to lick in-between your toes - no buck dancing or c00ning required

My thing is if someone does well and boasts about how "good" their doing, but still living foul, then I catch feelings. My thing is always how u treat yourself an others. If u live foul, and have some "success" or nice things, keep your mouth shut.

But everyone goes through moments of hatred, I think it's only dangerous if u jealous, vindictive, and controlling all at once. Then it gets serious.
