You just don't get it. 7 years ago I was broke unemployed fresh out of school with little prospects.

Put your head to the grindstone and get to work. I am 30 and will hit the 100k mark in the next couple of months and my goal by the time I am 40 is to be 100% debt free and making at least 200k if not more.

Building an empire takes work but the most important thing is getting a foundation, making the right connects, building a good reputation, learning a specialized in-demand and valuable skill that people need (tech related) and taking control of your career and income prospects.

You have to latch onto whatever you can in the beginning and run with it.

Office work doesn't impress me though, no matter how much money it is.

I don't like hearing about people either I don't wish for them to fail, but I don't understand the point of being happy for them.

I can only put up with hearing about it when I'm doing well myself. This seems to only apply to people who get legit frustrated with life since some people act like they don't give a fukk about having success.
