No. There's much more to being alpha than just physical strength, it's mental too. Being able to provide, lead, innovation, etc. The physical is supposed to supplement the mental, you can be big and strong but it really isn't much without the mental capacity to match it.

And Asians aren't as as you make them out to be, as a continent they won over 160 medals in the olympics. I bet if Asians put more of an emphasis on fitness they'd be in that too, they have the discipline for it
