To me, that porch scene kind of "fixed" what was the dumbest scene from the pilot. Knowing that Halloran was one of the guys in the gas masks, and that he was using 'The Shining' the whole time, makes the silliness of that whole obvious 'test' a bit more tolerable.

Up until the graveyard scene I was ready to call this a GREAT episode. The CGI downgraded it to 'very good'.

To be honest, even the obvious CGI Helicopter was kind of distracting. But I forgive that one because it was a great scene.

These kids are good lil actors man I'm impressed, even the ones in ep 1 set everything up well before getting killed off. I've liked the way this director has featured children in the movies and now this because bad child acting hurts any show, but it would've killed this one.

dikk Holleran () fits the vibe of the show too and has good chemistry with the Major.

Episode 1 was a little goofy to me but they've gotten better over the last two. I can look past some of the CGI because I like most of the actors and some of the scares worked. Ronnie's mom and the grocery store scene were twisted.

So yea I'm fukkin with it so far

This show is dope so far. I was expecting bad CGI cause they probably put all that budget into the Bill episodes when he shows up as pennywise. That convo was dope where he said he was analyzing instead of fearing death thinking of his family and all that.

I like the Native american part too. Is that supposed to be the tribes land from Pet semetary? Thats crazy how if u escape and survive Penny wipes ya memory and gives u a career boost as reward

Just caught up on episode 3 and Jesus if the graveyard scene didn’t feel like some Harry Potter meets Are You Afraid of the Dark. The best horror element was the photo of Pennywise. Anyway, I’m in for the military brehs, hope they don’t become divided

These CGI effects need to stop altogether. If you can't do it right then don't do it at all

For me, the show is giving two completely different vibes.

The military side is giving me vibes of the movie Predator.

The kids and the ghosts chasing after them in the last episode was like Moaning Myrtle in Harry Potter.

The military angle is more interesting to me right now

I can't figure out if the makers of the show intend this to be a horror because they are not succeeding at the moment.
