Y'all keep listening to these people making money hand-over-fist and passing down rental properties to their children while were hopping from apartment to apartment because the rent went up $250 after the Introductory rate ended.

These people telling the world to "RENT" usually have properties they want you to rent.Grant Cardone is famous for telling people to rent because he has 8k units for you to rent

Buying your property if you can afford it, is always the best move, by the end of your mortgage you own your house. Easiest way to pass down wealth to your kids.

If you rent, you rent for life & can't pass anything down to your kids

I remember back when I got my first studio apartment for only $450/month right in Downtown Denver in the year 2007! Now that same apartments' rent costs like $1,300/month in the year 2021!
