There's 4 white people next door 2 dudes and 2 chicks, a couple and I think the other two are single. About 10-15 minutes ago I heard one of the dudes come home and start yelling wake up over and over while cursing and crying.

No police have shown up yet but I'm almost certain someone is stretched out over there.

Do a civilian arrest if need. But don’t let these folks get away with it. Make sure you get a great ID on all the culprit (like remember what they look like or wearing, height, etc in the event you need to do a police sketch…. Possibly take pictures) and identify which car is theirs and get the plate numbers

First off, no.

Second, it sounds like the first dude walked into this and then the next dude showed up after being called. So I'm thinking it's an overdose but I just don’t understand why they haven't called the police.
