Doesn’t have to. He’s been here 40 years. Friend of the family, same way Kevin Dunn was for Vince McMahon and same reason why he had his job for as long as Vince was in charge. Hal doesn’t care about results and they’re mostly secondary to Cashman too, so there’s no real internal pressure to fix things.
