He did, but once you’re out of the dead lights you’re basically free once you recover. Some people get so traumatized that they become catatonic.

He was definitely full and “tired”. The most delusional and psychotic people are easier for him to “use”. I think her story is over in the show. If they’re sticking with the movies, and books, we won’t see her again until Beverly runs into her as an adult. I think the show runners were just trying to fill in the blanks for the possibly long dead Mrs Kersh telling Beverly her dad was bob grey, and Pennywise telling people he’s Bob Grey when he’s in different forms.

Iirc in the book it's when he Vic and belch chase the kids into the sewers. I don't remember what happened in the adaptations

Same thing happened. They chase the losers into the sewer and Pennywise shows him the dead lights, causing his mind to break.

Man hopefully Welcome to Derry changed the game for horror shows or shyt with monsters and Zombies. No more 2 or 3 episodes of just strategizing and game planing, you can do all that but we need the continuous actions as well.
