Agreed on this part. Andy didn't have any faith in the viewers catching onto this when in fact there was a bunch of people on socials making that connection (with Marge/Richie) weeks ago. Subtlety has never been his strong suit.

That was Mrs. Kersh 28 years later after being institutionalized after the events of Derry. They tied it to IT the movie part 1 showing Beverly Marsh, one of the new group of losers that defeat Penny

Anyway, the old lady was Ingrid (she would be 88 years old in that scene). She's still crazy and in the Juniper Hill asylum. She's hears a commotion and walks through the halls. She encounters the Marsh room. Beverly Marsh (from It: Chapter 1) is the redhead girl that looks back at Ingrid. Bev's mom just hung herself.
