Difference is white people are pro themselves and above reproach, but con every other race. The "other" races that you listed are not systematically oppressed like the black race, the "other" races receive set-asides for economic empowerment within their communities as well as financial ties to their home countries. The "other" races assimilate within white society by downplaying their ethnicities and do so by disparaging blacks. Like a poster stated - 'overcompensating for their lack of whiteness'. If you were black, you wouldn't make that comparison. No, it's not the same. Anytime a black person speaks on having black pride, consciousness, racial uplifting, education it's automatically seen as a threat bc of white inferiority.

There's not a huge Italian community in the Bay Area, but judging by the ones I've met, I would rate them slightly less than average whites. Two of the only white families that stayed in the neighborhood I grew up in after it white flighted almost overnight in the early 80s were Italian. And other ones I met in school and whatnot we're cool.
