When i do see lag, its the players on the other side rocking them 25MB Road Runner connection

the only L the bay area takes is that we only got comcast and AT&T uverse out here for "high" speed internet. Comcast only goes up to 20MB in most parts of the bay(and in some places only 12MB.... 30MB in a few select locations, even tho I heard they have a 50 MB package now but dont know anyone who has access with it in any city... and U-Verse goes up to 20 or 30 but caps the upload speed at 1.5mb

You would die laughing if you knew the state of the internet down here. The old PM had stated a scheme to get national coverage and would allow up to 100mb or maybe more but te new fukk face who was just elected thinks that 25 will be just fine and we won't be lagging behind the rest of the world.

I don't think you do. I went to the office to return my modem since I was moving to a new apartment and they told me about the student deal they have. The deal is for your duration at the apartment or for six months but all u need to do after is to cancel the service and then sign a new contract. Blame it on the service not being what you expected or that you thought your roommate was transferring his service to the apt.
