Nikkas talking bout stunting in school with gameboys, I didn't even feel safe in my school to wear a nice cap without having to fight for it 3 times during the day

I'm 20stopped playing when I was 16 so obviously I was speaking from the perspective of s kid.
Secondly, thats the reason the creator of Pokemon actually gave. Which Is why I said "they said". His reasoning was that Pokemon needed to stay portable for it to stay alive. :pikacamby:
That's a bullshyt reason.
The real reason is because they can keep making those low budget handheld games and keep selling millions of copies. I console game would be a risk not worth the return
releasing 2 at a time havin nikkas waiting in line to complete their "collections"

except ash was a fuqboi the show was piff back then in getting to know their world but that's about it.Imagine a GTA style open world Pokemon.
Start off as Ash, then along the way you meet Brock/Misty/Mae/Max/EVERYBODY
Then you face the elite 4 at the end
Imagine having those characters walking around on there own journeys though, free to encounter and whoop on them

This is nintendo we're talking about. Plus gamefreak is really adverse against change with their games
People should really know about this by now.
Pokemon, while a Nintendo franchise, was created by Satoshi Tajiri, founder of developer Game Freak and a close friend of Miyamoto. As such Game Freak has direct input on what happens with the franchise, and they can veto the fukk out of it. That is why the open world Pokémon console game hasn't happened yet, they refuse to let another studio make a main game in the franchise so we only get spin-off titles like Pokemon Stadium and Snap for the consoles.
