You have to understand that these fools think economies stay stagnant... thus the idiotic "China is the only real economy in these BRICs." talking point.
They have been a long running disaster for a while now, China helped them by buying their agricultural products. There was that time in the early 2000s when they were changing Presidents for fun and i think one of them served for a week and resigned. The Kirchners were like their stabilizing forces as crazy as they have been over time.

Their problems are bigger than the Kirchners though and they have been festering before that, they defaulted on $100 billion debt in 2002 and they haven't been well run for a long time probably going back to the military junta.
