I hope Josh does not go to the Jags. I wanted Josh to go to the Titans last year, to coach Marcus. I really don't want Josh to make the leap against a divisional rival to Marcus.
I really think Josh is going to be a good coach his second time through. Not many are, but I am a big fan of Josh. Dude was 32 when he was given the Broncos job with full personal control. That was a recipe for failure, and failure came quick. But by all accounts Josh has learned, and if not he will never get a HC job again.

1.) Lost 13 games in a row
2.) Worst run defense ever.
3.) One of the worst overall defenses ever giving up 30 PPG. To put in perspective the 2008 lions gave up 32 PPG. Last overall in yards given up.
4.) Last In passing yards, under 200 yards(181 PG)passing a game in 2016 is

5.) Their 2 wins are against a 4 win Rams teams that fired their coach before the season was over

When you have no talent this is what happens.
There isn't a coach in the league that could have done much better which is why this all falls on the GM that gave the coach no control and now the coach is paying for the gm's ineptitude.

I can see if the man adjusted his offense but he never did and his half time adjustments if there was any didn't work either. Sucks for him but im glad we start fresh. No GM wouldve wanted Chip coming in.
