Daniel Bryan's WWE future might not be what many fans were hoping for, if PWInsider's latest reports are true. Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that Daniel Bryan's run as a top star and main eventer might be coming to an end as he's taking some of the blame for the low buyrates during his short run in that position.

The feeling in WWE is that Daniel Bryan simply isn't a "larger than life" character fans are ultimately looking for, and that his best position is in the mid-card having great matches.

To the contrary, however, The Big Show's recent push is reportedly a result of WWE wanting bigger guys back in the spotlight. It's the reason he has moved into the main event program with Randy Orton and the McMahons and why guys like Luke Harper and Great Khali have been given more TV time as of late.

I don't argue some of the things they probably have worries about, as putting the faith in your company in a new hands is scary as fukk. But come on, tho. Let's not act like those PPVs that were put out the last few months have been utter garbage. No decisions, interferences, and other forms of cover-our-asses fukkery.

Those were just the main events, too :bryan: The rest of those cards were filled with shyt none of us would even tune into RAW to see play out :mindblown:

It ain't supposed to be good, nor is it supposed to be relevant. They're content in existing only from Rumble to Mania, and use whatever leftover gas they have to crawl to Summer Slam.

Let's just hope the RAW shows can provide some accidental piff and watch as the BIG SHOW is the new TOP GUY :russ: :laff: :dead:

The homotional gonna homotional, and let's not act like that's only exclusive to a couple individuals or just one side. Anyone going to battle for anything during this run are just fighting for scraps.

When Vince's vacation is done and starts making moves for Mania 30, these last few months gonna be WCW status memory wise to the children :heh:

Money talks for sure, but that being said WWE has to start making stars for the future. They can have Orton and Cena go over these guys for now, but sooner or later these guys need to step up their game. The roster itself is not full of main event level guys like they had a decade ago.

The WWE product needs young stars to build and continue their brand, and Triple H frankly has not yet found the next star to carry the brand. Vince needs to see the paper, fast.

@SwiggyCabrera24, you are better than this breh. It ain't a wrap for D-Bry and you know it. He's never gonna be a Cena-like main eventer but he will end up in a Chris Jericho/CM Punk role and in this day and age that's the 2nd best spot for a wrestler to be in :manny:

And they can blame it on Bryan being too small but Randy Orton has "the look" WWE loves and he's the king of mediocre numbers. Yet they have patience with the guy because of said look (as Gizzle would said, there's nothing anyone can do about that). Don't even get me started with Alberto Del Frio, his push makes no cot damn sense at this point of his WWE career  "larger than life" has nothing to do with size, the proof is within WWE itself for god's sakes.

It's gonna be funny if SS and TLC also do poor numbers. And judging by the booking those shows might have, they probably will :pachaha:

@Jmare007 eh, I meant mostly for this run, breh. Honestly, it goes back to what I said WAAYYY the fukk back before this even started:

If anyone cares about D-Bry, they had better PRAY he stays out of the main event picture.

I don't know if he's damaged at all, as far as perception is. It is a good sign that he's paired with Punk for that Wyatt feud, but that shyt is way...out there. it depends who the "devil" ends up being, and hopefully not Vince.

I'm smart enough to not actually believe he'll never be anything again, but I was right in saying that being in this main event picture with Triple H wasn't going to get him anywhere.
