At this point, just stick everyone in a battle royal and give the fans a refund. 
Let me try to book this crap myself with the current landscape. Before I get the urge to start a riot and have everyone storm the ring.

The Cena and Miz mixed tag match seems ok but I doubt cena will let miz go over. This is more of a match for the women. If they want to do Nikki vs maryse then I have no issues with that. If Daniel Bryan can't go then just throw miz in the ic ladder match.

Give us the fatal fourway and let cena keep the title until mania.

I don't like this idea but you don't waste a taker match at fast lane. Granted I'm sure reigns will go over but I wouldn't allow this if I were taker. Especially if this were his last match. You can't be sloppy against him especially with his recent injury history. Hopefully they get plenty of training in. A much better match would have been reigns vs Joe.
Which brings me to Joe vs Kevin Owens.
Title or not doesn't matter. I think these two can put on a good match if the chemistry is right.
Goldberg vs lesnar, another inevitable match but that's the way things go. Whether Brock wins the belt or not doesn't matter. I wouldn't book him as champion or Goldberg anyways. Let KO have it and drop it to samoa Joe.

Give it to a heel Finn and let him start a feud with sami.
Rusev vs Braun, two heavyweights that I think will work well together. Braun goes over.
If they do the big show and shaq match I really wouldn't care.
Andre the giant battle royal
Throw in the remaining tag teams and a few superstars from the main roster and nxt to get them exposure. Have an nxt guy win it to help build a future star.
I think that's it. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone. Sad that Seth is out of another mania. Plus triple h and Shane don't belong anywhere near this event. Long card but that includes preshow. Nikki vs maryse, braun vs rusev, and a match to be determined on the preshow.
Final match should be the championship match with bray winning. But they gotta build him back up until then. Let him run his promos more again. Give him back his darker character. Make him more of a heel again. Get him and Randy to tease a turn leading up to the match. Then put on a great match between all four. Let the fans go home happy.

HE LOVED IT SO MUCH BROTHER THAT HE'S INVITING ME TO ORLANDO SO ALL THE HULKAMANIACS CAN WELCOME ME BACK, DUDE. I EVEN PUT SASHA BANKS ON THE CARD TO GIVE THE BLACK FANS ONE OF THEIR OWN TO ROOT FOR. Those were freebies and guaranteed matches. Every match so far seems to have been rumored and predictable. Cena and miz with the women, aj vs Shane, Randy and bray, I think even Ambrose and corbin, most the raw matches. They booked the card before the rumble. They just been coasting since then. Advertise your event as the ultimate thrill ride and have a show more boring than the it's a small world ride, brehs.
