There's so many red flags with Facebook but nobody seems to care. I don't think this will be the end of Facebook. Something real big would have to happen

Facebook grew revenue by 30% last year and users by 9%, after the Cambridge Analytica and other fiascos. None of these 'scandals' will slow them down.

Also, they have so much cash that they will snap up any potential competition so fast like they did with Instagram, WhatsApp. They will just make you an offer you can't refuse.

Is that why Facebook's user count jumped 9% and its annual revenues were up 30% on last year?

:comeon:

C'mon, Ranjeet. You're better than this.

Most users dont care. If they wanted privacy then they wouldn’t have put their lives online. The fact of the matter is people like the fukkery of social media and facebook and instagram are delivering the goods.

Yep, truth.

I love it when people say the problem isn't the platform but how people use the platform. If the platform was created to collect data on its user, take advantage of its users vulnerabilities to the point where it messes with their brain chemistry on some addiction shyt and a whole lot of other negative shyt, then the platform is the problem. Unfortunately social media is fairly new so the long term effects of that shyt hasn't been seen yet.

But that shyt is poison. It's crazy to see so many people act all out of character for a fukking platform that isn't theirs.

The government actually runs fakebook. Look at its board of directors. They acting like they care about privacy and security breaches but in reality, they financed way back that shyt with the intentions of data collecting people's info and surveillance. Don't be fooled.
