The only time it's acceptable is when it's a temporary job or you were on your way out anyway.

I make $26/hr and work 40-55 hours a week, I can work as many or as few hours as I want. Black owned business and great benefits. 5 minute drive from my house.

I think they’re are just differences in the atmosphere/expectations. There are things one could do in say retail that you can’t do in an office. That’s it. Not really saying one is necessarily better than the other. I mean your hourly wage is probabaly on par if not more than some career folks take home.
That said, I’d always advise my brehs to never shyt where you eat, unless it’s just a “job job” and even then, only certain situations. I think it’s good to have bounderies and the like. When you’re at work, just focus on work.
