Funny when back in the day when work hours were shorter and less stressful, none of this was happening much. Now when people are working 10+ hours in a day, all this cheating became commonplace.
Agreed....but American workplace culture is too toxic , greedy and capitalistic.....they tryna get EVERY ounce of work out of u....
Hell in some parts of the world, mfers have a lunch with beer with their boss, take an afternoon nap and them come back to work and still have high productivity...
To keep it a stack, most 8 hour workdays are people working to look busy....get ur work done early then bs the rest of the day. Thats why people have all that time to gossip, bs flirt and clown cuz there aint no work to do & a whole lotta time....

Exactly. After the 6 hour mark, you merely holding the workers hostage from their lives. Pwople want to hang out with friends and family after 3pm when the sun's still up. Keeping them till 6pm or later just put them in a manic depressive mode. And sexual urges with the opposite gender is NATURAL.

We are supposed to be work horses for no good reason. People become easily aggravated but proud of working themselves to death. When I worked 80+ hour weeks in my 20s I was such a bytch. I was working too damn much. Idk how these people be fukkin each other at work.
