To keep it a stack, most 8 hour workdays are people working to look busy....get ur work done early then bs the rest of the day. Thats why people have all that time to gossip, bs flirt and clown cuz there aint no work to do & a whole lotta time....

When I was in Spain. That daily siesta was dope.

You could go home, rest or have sex and be back at work when it's cooler. And enjoy a later evening with your family outside with the nice night weather.

This is the one thing I peeped the first corporate gig I've had.

There's literally nothing that requires you to sit at your desk constantly for 8 hours. It's the biggest bullshyt in the world.....and then there's long ass meetings where nothing gets accomplished.

I realized how much more productive I am working for myself than I am when I work for a corporation.

Working directly with the opposite sex gives a lot of people more direct interaction than they get outside work. You have conversations, laugh at jokes, eat lunch together, provide emotional support etc...it's not surprising people end up making that bad decision to date or smash.

A relationship (be it real or just sex) changes the dynamic though. Suddenly those jokes at your expense aren't so funny. Suddenly him talking/laughing with other chicks too becomes a problem. Suddenly a promotion can become a matter of argument.
