I fukking hate this holiday. About to fly home next week for this bullshyt. At first I used to not participate, but family used to complain about a nikka not being around. Every year I go on a rant about this shyt and have my family like

Everybody literally was like shut up the year I fasted on Whitemansgiving and tried to explain to my family why we shouldn't be celebrating this shyt.

It's always my one cousin and an uncle or two who be with a nikka, but the rest of the fam be like They be like nikka we don't give a fukk, pass the stuffing

This year I'm going to try to say grace and troll on some militant shyt. On some father God, please protect us from the white man shyt. But if I try to say grace, I don't think they will let me cause they don't trust that shyt. I stay talking shyt about religion. Also, everybody gonna be up for in arms on some that was disrespectful to the elders shyt.

People be like it's not that serious, you don't have to celebrate Whitemansgiving, just selebrate what you are thankful for and be around family Naw man, I hate Whitemansgiving

My parents live in Jamaica and they NEVER celebrated the shyt and also my brother and sister are both Alpha level c00ns and I am banned from ever being around them so it's a win-win for me.

Haven't had TS with them in 6 years and counting.

That's the thing breh. Reprogramming is stupid to me. If I don't like what something stands for, I'm not gonna try to flip it. I can see if families got together and maybe made their own tradition. But people don't. They get together and follow the same traditions as the white man. I understand that it's not that serious to most, as that is the premise of this thread. It's serious enough to boycott to me, but I'm in the minority with that line of thinking in my family.
