It's amazing how Will Smith's career instantly recovered and nobody even talks about the slap anymore. Everybody had to choose between Will and Chris

It was never a decision to be made. You can like both guys as I do but Will Smith is the more talented of the two and the guy I will go watch at the movies

If a nxgga slapped the hell out of you right now on the streets and got away with it, you would feel the same way. Now imagine if you were rich, famous, working and on TV in front of millions of people including your mama and children and family members and your peers and God and everybody else?

He cares.

Chris tried to dirty mack and hit on Jada when he “thought” she and Will were about to divorce.

THATS what that slap was about. Chris been habitually line stepping and talking about “I loved Will Smith all my life” while trying to pull the man’s wife. Not saying Will was right for snapping at THAT moment and hauling off on him but Chris played his own role in that debacle too beyond the joke (which was tame in itself)


Chris may still care but at the end of the day both of them are too successful in their respective crafts for this to be the defining moment of their careers and legacies, which is a good thing. 5-10 years from now nobody will be clowning Chris for it which will allow him to heal emotionally and nobody will be downing Will for it which will allow him to move on professionally. Time heals all wounds so I hope they can talk it one day.

I’m just glad the white media stopped their pearl clutching like the shyt was World War 3, it was getting annoying as fukk.
