If a fascist government arose in the United States, he would not be against it and would support it. What makes fascism so dangerous is what incentives it offers to the people of the dominant group. So many people accepted a fascist government because of what they got out of it personally. The homeless people you would see on the street suddenly disappeared. The guy at your job that was too good at it and was making more money than you suddenly disappeared, opening up a chance for you to be promoted. The price of housing suddenly went down as some of your neighbors disappeared and their valuables remained in the home for you to take if you felt like it. The rival business that was more established than yours suddenly finds its leadership changed.
That was what nazism offered people, it offered them dominance by eliminating any semblance of genuine competition whilst also eliminating the "undesirable" people in society. The same thought process is visible in the right wing shytheads that are mentioned in the video and that we know from social media. They have unlimited smoke for minorities and talk a great deal about them being problems but never say what it is that should be done. They let their audiences fill in the blanks because they're waiting for a leader to show up who will just say what they're all thinking and put the force of law around it. Free speech to these people means finally being able to say "all the people I don't like should be killed".
