Janemba no, Goku is alive and has SSJ3 but Vegeta is dead. That lines up with only like 1 day in the Boo saga. Hirudegarn, yeah that could fit in the timeline like after the series
They give you a little recap of the end of super but you really don't need to watch it to understand the movie. But Freeza being back and not getting 1 shotted by everyone and 2 new characters will confuse you
