Little G can eat a dikk, no one telling Canelo what to do. I just don't get the hypocrisy of little g's team after they demanded SOG to come down to 164 to fight but with Canelo, the #1 draw in all of boxing, it's 160 or nothing. Sounds like they're not daring to be great

GGG's camp don't have to budge, only if they really want to. If Canelo doesn't get the fight done, he gives up the belt. If he wants to forfeit it and go back to 154 where he feels safe then it's all good. Like @Newzz says Mexican fans ain't gonna be too pleased with Lil Cinnamon if he runs away from this fade. He's feeling that pressure, that's why every time he speaks on the subject he says dumber and dumber shyt. He is the rain maker in boxing right now, the biggest star, but the situation he's in has the WBC and GGG's camp treating him like anything but and he's frustrated by it. He played Foyd's and Cotto's game and he wants to be the shot caller, but this particular set of circumstances has him in a corner.

The position he's in in the game right now he shouldn't be getting pressed like this, but as someone else said if he didn't want to be in this situation he shouldn't have gone after a middleweight title (that already had the divisions #1 fighter looming as the mandatory).

Well we should be putting the blame on the WBC for letting Cotto defend the MW title at 155. If they let Cotto do that then why not Canelo, he's already the bigger star. Until then its 155.15 GGG or no fight

Nah, on some real shyt. Canelo is a competitive game dude. He'll definitely run that fade at 160. It's just that you can tell he wants to get his shine/boss up on, but he can't because everybody wants that #GGGoodboys fight to happen. Especially since Floyd/Manny sucked as a super fight and we'll prolly never get Krusher vs Superman so Canelo/GGG is the biggest best fight to make in a division that already has a rich history.

Canelo wants to chill and fight whoever whenever and enjoy being the top A side in the game, but he can't since the shadow of Golovkin is fukking up his vibe. That's all it is really. I can't blame him for feeling like that nor can I blame the fans for wanting this fight so bad. I see and understand both sides.

and truthfully Canelo is really a middleweight now to be honest. Coming in at 160 or hell even 158 would prolly do his body some good. Prolly help his stamina out. He might eventually Brandon Rios/Corrales himself out the game by continuing that 155 campaign. Dude has a stocky dense build. That type of physical body ain't gonna stay at 154-155 forever. I just think he wants to keep this whole I'm a small dude/small jr middleweight persona for future negotiations. That might come back to haunt him.

Hell, I think Canelo would have prolly KO'ed Cotto if that fight was at 160.

nikkas just want a good superfight that actually happens on time with no weight gimmicks or fukkery. Until that happens both dudes will catch some flack, but Canelo prolly moreso since he's the bigger name and the public will look at him to blame if shyt don;t happen.

If Canelo don't fight GGG by this fall, he has to at least fight a top middleweight or they (media/haters) gonna go in on him even more. If they were smart, they'd make a Canelo/GGG doubleheader ppv to hype shyt and have them fight each other in May 2017
