Wut? House ain’t dead, it’s just in the clubs. Moodymann and Omar S are still releasing banger albums. The classic 80’s/90’s DJs are still releasing tunes and influencing new house acts who are pushing the music further and deeper.

Spend like 5 minutes on Bandcamp and you’ll discover all sorts of acts.

I wouldn’t say it’s dead but I have noticed I don’t find as many joints that I like as I used to, but on the same note I don’t have the time to really dig in as much as I did. There’s some real dope stuff coming out of South Africa for sure. I think all music is just splintering off more and more into niche groups.
