Poor people are the ones who are fat, unhealthy and have breathing/ heart problems they never took care of properly . They are the ones this virus destroys , other than old people

The fed just injected $4 trillion to prop up the stocks . Their investments will bounce back.

Companies getting bailouts

Rich ppl just have to wait in their $3 mil house and wait this out.

The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
:jbhmm: You do realize the stock market consists of companies that people work for? So if the wealthy are losing wealth because these companies are in survival mode-- what do you think is happening to the Average Joe that relies on said companies for income?

The Average Joe can't even pay rent in a few days. I'm sure they wish they could chill on the couch with their homes paid for and eat ice cream.:skip:
Yea its def not the same

What I do hope is that a lot of protections for the working class come out of this. This crisis has laid all the flaws in the American system bare.

I assure you there are some folks out there who would be bored of that within 2 weeks and they’re not rich either.

But yea in times like this, it’s only the rich that stand a far greater chance of having the littlest to worry about. The majority of their concerns would be boredom and not being able to go to the finest restaurants.

Except the rich get better access to tests and hospital care. Money can buy that.

Also, the rich get billion dollar bailouts for their companies and everybody else gets $1200

If there was a cure for corona, the rich would get it first

:francis:

The longer I live, the more I realize that money is the most important thing on earth. :francis:
Lol I’m glad you’ve come to that realization. I think it was zig ziglar that said “money may not be everything but it’s right up there with oxygen” lol

Indeed Uncle Corona is the greatest equalizer the world has ever seen.

Did you ever think you would see racist ass Italians welcoming black doctors to save them?

What a humbling moment.

They likely didn’t take a hit because they have contacts who warned them about the downturn in the economy. They are the ones who dumped their stocks en masse from mid February and are now returning to the market after the stimulus plan. They didn’t take a 30% hit and are now buying back in for a quick 20% return. The rich always win in this country.
Bullshyt. Plenty of upper middle class people who had money in the market have lost TONS in the past month. That's a fact. Stop :cape:

Also, per the OP's post, it shows you that wealth in America is socialized system of financial insulation from black people. It's always been a government financed illusion meant to separate most white people - excluding the few exceptions, whose poverty services the illusion of "opportunity" being inclusive and unbiased - from the black community. That's why I :mjlol: when a Bernie Sanders preaches from his lectern America is a nation for the elites and is in need of a socialist revolution.

We already live in a socialist nation, only it's system is designed to prop up the wealth of white people and ensure the perpetual poverty of black people. :francis:
