It seems like this year is the first year of this generation. shyt was pretty bad before this. Last year was absolutely pathetic.

We still got cross-gen triple A games coming out. This "next gen" isn't fully here still. This fall and next year look nice though

Garbage generation.

Literally bought 2 games for my ps4. Nba 2k15 which i only played a week (thought it was weak compared to 2k11/2k13) and GTA5 (which I bought on ps3/pc as well).

Havnt turned my ps4 on since february, literally.

I wasnt big on xbox 360 and ps3 but they kept me interested way longer than ps4 did. I look at my ps4 in disgust knowing theres a chance ill never play it again

Dont get it twisted. PC gaming not doing great right now as well. Maybe ill buy battlefront but other than that cant think of a game thats coming out that got me

So many trash indie games coming out right now. I don't even check the Steam frontpage anymore

Just feels like a refined version of last gen so far (faster/background loading, higher resolution... that's it), but I don't know about saying we're in the middle of it yet.

Last gen lasted a long time and it's mostly just the Wii U getting replaced that makes this one feel short.

I feel like if we comparing the timeline of this gen vs 360/PS3 gen, this is our "2007". This the year where the third party studios really started hitting us with the proper next-gen shyt. So it's more like we just finished the first 1/3rd of the gen. The best has yet to come. Last gen's best years were 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013.

I probably am burned out but who can blame me, i had call of duty 1 and now we on like call of duty 12 or some shyt and it hasnt really changed much in the past half decade so no point in buying that reskinned shyt

How you think we found Rust but if I see a random game, ill check twitch for it (you know some weirdo shyt ) and if it looks appealing to me ill try it if not then

for instance I found Heroes of The Storm way better fit for me than DOTA 2 and I dropped I think $100-200 on it or some shyt and then a few weeks later, could care less about the game.. dont even got it installed
