u guys dont get it, those guys are bad fits, they'll never win anything

I know...they are bad fits...

That's why they finish in the top 4 in the west every year they don't get hurt...cause they are bad fits...

That's why KD won an MVP playing with Westbrook...cause they are bad fits...

That's why in the last six years there are only two teams to play in the WCF finals two or more times and OKC is one of them...because they are a bad fit...

Neither showed their hand at all, Varejao ain't play, Duncan ain't play. Guaranteed those two play pivotal roles in the the playoffs. Duncans experience and skills, while at an older age will still give teams fits. And Varejao will add fouls and experience in the Offs. These coaches ain't dumb. shyt bout to be real interesting in the playoffs.
Dude, varejao is trash even for their bench. Kerr figured this out a long time ago and gives him minimum burn these days.

And they'll come up short again because they are a bad fit, there's a reason they collapse in the fourth so often, they don't run a offense they just take turns taking shots

KD won an MVP because westbrook was out. I think the dude is just emphasizing that OKC will never be the best team out of the west, their peak was from 2011-2013 (westbrook injury prevented the 2012 finals rematch)

That's wasn't his hand, his hand was shown in the Spurs win with the coordinated off-ball switches on defense that made Steph and Klay ineffective

Good observation fellow Bulls breh! Pop felt he needed to beat this team someway somehow while they were going on their historic run to win 73. He showed to much on defense too early, which will give Kerr much needed time to adjust and will be possibly be the result of the Spurs losing if these two teams meet in the WCF. The Warriors are the most versatile team in the league so if you have a trump card against them, then you do not show it until the post season when you actually face them.

That's true...but not being able to beat historically great teams doesn't make you a "bad fit". It just means you aren't good enough to beat some of the best teams ever.

Humbled? They lost their first game at home this season and its April.

We'll see how the Spurs react in the postseason.

they can't win.

we have to hope they let the thunder beat them or the warriors will sweep their way to the finals

From what i seen, the spurs rely too much on LA and Leonard to score. I like Leonard but he isn't a 25+ scorer yet that can take over games like that. LA has a bum finger, and is useless.

It's amazing how tony parker isn't aggressive going against curry and attacking him when he plays him. The old (young) tony used to be in the lane all game. Now he either floats on the perimeter or shoots those 20 foot jumpers that clank.

Also Pop is going to have to do what billy does in OKC now, when durant or westbrook are always on the court no matter what, either when 1 is resting. You can't give minutes to these wack bench guys you have to play your guys 38+ minutes in the playoffs.

He also may need to start manu because green is trash, he may be a good defender but offensively they just rest curry on him. With manu it makes curry guard either him or tony, and they can play green off the bench against livingston or barbosa.

Duncan (i know he didn't play) but they need to give him some opportunties on the offensive end to score that will help them a little as well.

But as it stands now the warriors sweep or win in 5

The Thunder swept the Spurs in 2014 regular season. Lost in 6 in May.

OKC also has a worse defense than SAS. That western conference finals ends in 5.

Spurs can push GSW further

Pop and Manu may be on record saying they can't beat GSW but we all know it's posturing

They've blown as many fourth quarter leads as the sixers

Diaw makes their 2nd unit offense flow much better.

Diaw also causes matchup problems for GSW because he's going to post up on Barnes or whoever they switch on him.

even the game with diaw in san antonio they still scored under 90 points.

the warriors give up over 100 a game, no reason why at home the spurs should struggle like this to score
