you do have to spice it up a little since its so bland, but this stuff will keep you regular! you'll be shytting like a rabbit! although nowadays i am a card carrying member of #jetset, back in my low fiber days i was a Charmin man. i cant tell you how many trees i murdered with that bad diet... how many toilets i clogged up and had to snake... disgusting.![]()

complex carbohydrates are particularly insidious. i had no idea how much maltodextrin is in everything.
you should check out sugar free metamucil. it'll help you take a solid dump. i believe it was around 11g carbs per serving... you could probably halve that to save carbs and still get an effective dose. the reason for the carbs? maltodextrin.
