Raisin bran with a teaspoon of sugar
dont tell anybody i said this... but shredded wheat (real shredded wheat, not frosted minis) with almond milk, blueberries, and bananas is some of the best shyt on earth. if im feeling fancy i might drizzle a lil honey on it.

you do have to spice it up a little since its so bland, but this stuff will keep you regular! you'll be shytting like a rabbit! although nowadays i am a card carrying member of #jetset, back in my low fiber days i was a Charmin man. i cant tell you how many trees i murdered with that bad diet... how many toilets i clogged up and had to snake... disgusting. :scust:

Yep. The older I get I take pride in taking a dump 3x a day. Especially on keto when my fiber is extremely low because I can't crave veggies.

Yep. The older I get I take pride in taking a dump 3x a day. Especially on keto when my fiber is extremely low because I can't crave veggies.
man keto was a pain in the ass! i even had to watch my SPICES. a few turns of fresh cracked pepper is like 4g carbohydrates! keto taught me to count EVERYTHING. .. i still get kinda mad when i see that fake keto bread in the store. shyt is still like 10g a slice.. whats the point?

complex carbohydrates are particularly insidious. i had no idea how much maltodextrin is in everything.

you should check out sugar free metamucil. it'll help you take a solid dump. i believe it was around 11g carbs per serving... you could probably halve that to save carbs and still get an effective dose. the reason for the carbs? maltodextrin.

honestly after keto i dont think i'll enjoy a pork rind ever again

This is why I abandoned keto and just went low carb. I'm fine with my ~50g carbs a day. But once peach season arrives :whew:

I just get the direct source of psyllium husk. No additional additives. But when you lift weights like I do, (old lineman weight lifting program) all I crave is fat and protein.

I keep all my carbs under 50grams a day.
