Throw some bubbly (sparkling water) as a float on there and a half a squeeze of lime juice and@ROFL_GUYnaw nothing crazy, will say that rye/bourbon go great with watermelon iced tea and some fresh mint and basil. I usually sip it neat but made a big batch of iced tea for labor day weekend so I've been sipping that.

Damn you just made me want to whip up an old cuban lol that was my go-to for years. Floating bubbly (champagne or prosecco in the case of an old cuban) is a cheatcode for most mixed drinks w/ lemon or lime and brown liquor.
