He won in this era... is what it is..

No dominant team or player in the 90's would let this little light bright do this without a hard foul. It aint happening.

I think we found out what your issue is...

There's really nothing you can do when he's running and hoisting up 26 footers. But it's the drives to the basket untouched that have me :stopitslime: at defenses. At lease make a little player think a little bit about coming into the lane.
True you can't sweat on a player today without getting called for a flagrant, but it would be nice to see some big men that didn't care about that and give out some work like they used to. Iverson would probably have to deal with no injuries at all playing today

My point exactly...

I don't why nikkas think Steph is soft. I don't remember what game it was, but it was in the 2014 playoffs vs the Clippers. The Warriors had practically given up because they were down double digits but Steph was going hard by himself! He was going to the rack and getting mauled, but he kept getting up coming back. To the point where everyone was like:whoa: Steph, you gotta chill.

Not everyone in the 90's was brolic.. It was pretty much the Pistons and Knicks..

Oakley, Mason or Mahorn would have probably gave him a concussion and a few stiches..Rodman would kick him in the nuts.. But I don't think he would roll up in a ball or run up into the stands for his mom.. It would probably just make want to destroy you more.. He's been surrounded by Black Alpha Males since he was a toddler.. Why you treating him like he's JJ Reddikk?

Not one hard foul on him.. NOT ONE. They just let the dude do what he wants. This 2yrs in a row that dude has been able to be happy go lucky on the court. No elite players or teams in the 90's would let dude have his way like that

lol.. dude is a hellava shooter.. But, Gary Payton would mentally break that light nygga down.. Picture Gary letting dude just go out and shoot at will

The NBA is soooooooooooft
Officially...and refs swallowing whistles a lot too...saw Harrison Barnes pushin nikkas in the back for rebounds and the refs just ...but the league always favors good teams and falls prisoner to the moment ...they did it with the Bulls, Kobe lakers, Miami Heat, and now GS...

Walt, you think Draymond, Bogut, and Iggy would strike fear to the goons in the 90's? lol

I cant believe you said Bogut. He aint no Lambier or nobody.. come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn man

:lupe:

No, of course not. Of course I don't think such an insane thing! I think the same sensible things you do, that the best shooter of all time would get fouled hard by a 90s super-goon and simply stop shooting, regress to a 15 point scorer who stopped driving to the basket out of abject fear, and eventually fade out of the league. I also think the strong nd tough athletes of this era simply couldn't adjust to harder play, because there was just something special in the air and water in the 80s and 90s that made the Pistons and Celtics and Knicks players super duper tough and imposing, and there's no way any of the current players could adjust if they were dropped in that era of pure war and hell.
