Latinos are Latinos , until they run into green card problems, and need immigration reform, then they become people of color and minorities.

Blk ppl call themselves ppl of color, and minorities to avoid being associated with SOLEY blacks.
Other groups do it, to get help from blks and leech off the blk community.
