They know that a huge percentage of older millenials are in their second childhood because folks in their 30's have been the most devastated by the long term effects of the Great Recession. Hella thirty somethings will probably never recover and stuck in a perpetual childhood spending tons of time unemployed between working low wage jobs longing for the early 90's. Notice how you don't see no 20 somethings raving about watching streaming reruns of the Proud Family, SpongeBob or Hannah Montana. It's because a huge percentage of younger millennials are more grown because they weren't financially ruined ten years ago because they were still lil kids back then as well as learning from their older brother and sisters mistakes.
