I am 6'2", in shape, great career and well educated (I am in my 30's) and to be honest in this phase of my life dating is basically easy mode (in a relationship now though). A lot of the women that I work with that are struggling in the dating realm are trying to lock down men in their 30's with their shyt together who are in shape, problem is more than half the time those men are married, in relationships or know their value and simply maintain a rotation without committing.

Even if a man in that group was ready to settle down, why wouldn't he pick a 29 yr old first? I am seeing women in their late 30s talking about "I wanna start a family" and for most men it just does not make sense to try that with them over a younger woman, friend of mine is going through this right now with an older woman he decided to be with, can't conceive and are considering spending over a 100k on a surrogate.

Facts, this is about women over 30 in general though. I went out last weekend to a restaurant with this girl I known and when we were ordering food and drinks the server asked for ID. She only asked for mine, which was like watching a slow moving car crash. Because the girl I was with got all hurt about the interaction after server left the table. The funny thing about it was that all of us were the same age, and the girl I was with was talking shyt when she left.
Moral of the story, chicks over 30 are more fragile than younger women.
