where was he in proximity to you... I always go out of my way to try and avoid families when im smoking outside and stay away from high traffic areas but if im sitting on a city bench smoking during my break i dont think the onus should be on me to move if you come sit down with your child.

Yes he was i my proximity. I smelled it, therefore he was in my proximity. I took 2 steps i said can you put that out, and made sure he saw my pregnant woman. He looked like he didnt want to be bothered so i took his cig, said im sorry and squashed it with my feet. Im like, dont be demonic over this i gotta look out for my family. He just looked disgusted got up and left. I was proud of him.
